this is somewhat circular...

the reason we lost the courts is because we failed to claim and use them. more of the same = more of the same.

and again, most people LOVE absolving themselves of responsibility, and the government's overreach is just filling that hole. its a two-way highway to hell.

its not necessarily malicious if the people are incompetent and party to it...
