It likely can be now with some kind of RSS bridge to nostr. 

The Logic: 

Have a program that follows all the RSS feeds of the people you'd like to see, read or hear from 

That program converts the RSS feed items to nostr posts that include the RSS data and publishes them to a relay you self host or are connected to

You have a client that looks for those posts and displays them in an ordered way using the nostr-fied RSS data. 

Likely there are already people doing something similar. I am fairly new to nostr, so haven't seen it yet.
