 Some sugar in the chocolate. 12% is okay though. Seems like there's more sugar in the caramel syrup, so watch out if you're trying to lose weight. 

 I don't see seed oils mentioned, but there's emulsifiers (lecitin). I don't know if those are unhealthy, but I avoid them.
