Me having to tell people to chat with me but don't use this profile and to use another profile defeats the purpose of having one identity and interoperability of Nostr applications. I won't use keychat because of this.
I say this is a feature, not a bug If you want discoverability, just use kind 17 / kind 4
I wouldn't recommend that. You'd want to use an application that supports NIP-17, NIP-44, and NIP-59. NIP-4 is going to eventually be deprecated most likely.

My username on keychat is different, maybe we don’t have any relays in common. What relays are you using?

I didn’t have any ecash, so maybe the messages weren’t sending. Just loaded some and sent another message.
