@d974d86f yes, they look ok. Mine don’t turn yellow either and will ferment after several days. Maybe they’re talking about another species of passiflora? I’ve never known a maypop that is yellow but there are lots of central and South American species that turn yellow. 

 @adfbf87b thanks! That’s what I thought. I taste tested one and it was pretty good- I just wanted to make sure I’m not poisoning myself or my family.
