You could try Binance or Crypto.com. Both serve EU customers. 

See, for me paying with a Bitcoin enabled debit card is no different than paying with a fiat CC when travelling. You're debited EUR while paying the merchant in their local currency. Using a BTC enabled card to pay is no different than any other "foreign exchange" thus,  you don't have to pay in Bitcoin to pay with Bitcoin.  

 Pour l'instant nous avons très peu de cartes ou de banques qui proposent cette option même s'il y a cette option entre Master Card avec Binance  Crypto.com carvdans le secteur il me  semble qu'il n'y a pour l'instant que la société générale qui s'est lancé dans le domaine puis adhère à l'option Bitcoin. Sinon nous payons les Bitcoin avec notre carte en Euro sur Binance crypto.com
