Also howd the sleeping on the floor work out for that pleb?
 It’s great on my back
He said it makes it easier to travel because the floor always feeds the same
There was someone who was looking at getting a new mattress, 6hrs later their pillow is on the carpet with a towel laid underneath.
It wasn't me, but nostr:nprofile1qqsfye65t5530wq0wpllmdz23luhjxp9drhhh2syae6kk8cp6n3k3zspz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhszrnhwden5te0dehhxtnvdakz7qg3waehxw309ahx7um5wgh8w6twv5hsse3wct. Though I did try and slept on the floor for a few days. The first couple nights, I moved back to my bed, and after that I could make it through the whole night. But in terms of benefits like reduced back pain and stuff, the results were about the same as sleeping on my bed since I already have relatively good sleeping posture.
I tried it for a few nights and I think I could probably adjust to it if I was determined enough, but I just bought a new mattress because I'm already enough of an autistic schizo and don't need to add floor sleeping to my collection of strange behaviors.

Imagine having a girl over to your place and you don't have a mattress 😂
 "Welcome to my humble abode."
"Where's your... bed?"
*Points to a rolled up sleeping bag in the corner*
"Uhh I think I left my stove on."
*Runs*
“Wait take me with you, you have a stove!”
I've been sleeping on the floor since I watched that video and I don't think I'll be going back to bed anytime soon
 fr?
i need joint support bc hypermobile

sounds like bad idea for me.. or maybe the opposite, who knows
idk, i think that thin mattresses have been a fixture of houses of most of the societies of people with genetic predisposition to higher joint flexibility (ie, asians)

my experience is that it's actually circulatory problems that cause discomfort from more rigid bedding, nothing to do with joints

your tissue is compressed where in contact with the mattress so if your circulation is impaired you are more likely to get problems with hypoxia and slow waste elimination (and yes exercise also helps there because it empties out the lymph nodes)
a firm matras does sound like the happiest medium then imo considering both joint support + decompression
I trekked extensively in my youth, i prefer the floor to most other beds. I have a thermorest thats magical and makes the wife think i am strange lol
 wat a thermorest?

I’m going 100%!!! I just burned my bed 🛏️ and the rest of the family ones. Burning bridges here bitches!
 Love it
