In some cases, yes. God of War 2018 and Spiderman are running better.

Batman Arkham Asylum and Batman Arkham City from the Return to Arkham collection seem to play poorly.

It depends on whether they've bothered patching the game.
I saw a lot of people complaining about Bloodborne. Probably for the best because I don't think she plays difficult games anymore.
People have patched the game (via an exploit in the PS5 web browser) to run at 60FPS.

It's really fucking stupid that this hasn't just happened officially yet. We're almost at the 10 year mark and it's still not on PC.
I don't understand why they don't patch the game for 60FPS because it seems to be a trivial change. I also don't understand why they don't port it, as it seems like a guaranteed money spinner.
"Remastered" on Steam for $30? It'll sell a lot.
 Yep!
 because sony is gay now
I suspect that FromSoftware doesn't see any value in going through the process of patching the game.
i doubt they'd be doing it, that's always handed off to bandai namco
 sides sony owns the ip
Those rereleases are just shit, unfortunately.
Yeah. I'm glad I got them in a sale.

I bought the same games on PC, and they run smooth as silk at 4k
I'm just pissed every game in the series runs great on steam deck except Asylum which doesn't launch at all.
Weird. I was playing it on Linux via Proton GE late last year.
I pretty sure I'm just fucking up the simple proton instructions. I'm retarded.
You might be aware, but you can override the compatibility in the game settings. Proton-GE has instructions on their site.
I tried, but I'm real stupid. Gave up and just decided to play it on pc, get some use out of it since my deck mostly replaced it.
Fair enough. It can be hit and miss with games. I can't get some games working properly, normally minor issues.
