Spending time to consciously curate the kind of information you consume will be very helpful.

Similar things should work for the rest of social media but unfortunately their algorithms are not that responsive. Nostr fixes this.
Yeah. I think the problem is with how the clients are designed, especially with the mobile YouTube app. It's very easy to get sucked into it and waste hours just mindlessly scrolling through videos.
