That's the problem with good life, you need poison to help fight the boredom. But I do try to resist cheese very hard. Harder than I resist sugar and alcohol. Tea, coffee, and cigars - I don't even try. I practically run on them.
But I do deep fry my meat in ghee butter. That seems to be no problem. I guess estrogens stick with proteins, not with fat. I know, tallow would be better. But there is no tallow on sale, gotta make that myself. While ghee butter is easy and cheap.
