 Very hard, I know. This helps me a bit: smoke some cigar, not much, like for a minute, then drink a raw egg on top. Then black coffee. Then repeat :) 
 Fully support the smoking and the black coffee. I’ll cook my eggs though and probably add some cheese. 
 That's the problem with good life, you need poison to help fight the boredom. But I do try to resist cheese very hard. Harder than I resist sugar and alcohol.
Tea, coffee, and cigars - I don't even try. I practically run on them.

 Alcohol is for sure a vise for me. I smoke a pipe regularly. Aside from that. I raise/grow a bulk of my own food and mainly stick to what’s reasonable. In all things, moderation. 
 But I do deep fry my meat in ghee butter. That seems to be no problem. I guess estrogens stick with proteins, not with fat.
I know, tallow would be better. But there is no tallow on sale, gotta make that myself. While ghee butter is easy and cheap.
