It really has to be the airline maintenance crews that are failing with the planes. Unless the maintenance manuals are missing something that needs to be checked. I have a friend that does airplane maintenance (formerly with an airline) and the detailed and frequent checks they do are pretty extensive. Unless there is something I’m missing…
