Help me out here... If my graphene os is NOT in silence or vibrate mode there is the most annoying keyboard typing tapping sound... I can't find where to separate my ringer from keyboard sound.. it's forcing me to have phone on silence when sometimes I really need to hear it ring if I am getting a call or message and I might also be typing during that time. Help! #asknostr #grapheneos

What keyboard app are you using? Try downloading & installing Futo https://keyboard.futo.org
I think I am using Gboard. And I just found the setting of that app. I'd done it in phone's settings but let's see if this fixes it.
Just an FYI did you disallow network access to Gboard? If not you can long press on the Gboard app, go to permissions and deny network access if you want more privacy. Gifs won't work, but Gboard won't be able to "phone home" with any data to Google either. I use Gboard this way. I tried all the other open source keyboards and IMO none of them are as good as Gboard.
