New diet plan: I can eat anything I want. The only rule is whatever I eat has to be covered in a generous amount of ghost pepper... the rest will sort itself out.
@b05df304 If you can find the time to do weight training, you won't have to worry about a diet. It will be fish, chicken, rice, vegetables and supplements. Carolina Reapers have a good flavor that I would recommend over the ghost pepper. Unfortunately the spice goes away over time and it doesn't seem as tasty.
