It would also create a nsfw-free version of damus too IMO. Even when media isn’t flagged as nsfw in the content filters under settings/appearance, it wouldn’t show up while browsing, for those who don’t want to see it. This is a great idea Testu! 2 birds one stone!

Next damus is exploring using the iOS nsfw detect package https://github.com/damus-io/damus/issues/1553
