I've known one person who had shingles, and she was in her 20's at the time.
People who have had chicken pox have a higher risk of shingles, which means that all the folks vaccinated against chicken pox are at a low risk for shingles. (Using the original definition of "vaccine".)
Even before Covid, there was a push for shingles vaccines. I always assumed because cash.

My twice vaxxed friend just got over her 5th flu/COVID/cold/whatever since her vaxxings. I hung out with her last week . Smoked pot with her (I didn't know, she was incubating). She used my pipe.
I got the full-strength pilot COVID in Jan 2019 and was sick with it until June and saw no need for a vaccine. I have not been sick once since.

Shingles is caused by the same chickenpox virus.....but it remains dormant after you recover from chickenpox. People tend to get it when they are older (after having chickenpox at a young age) when their immune system starts to decline.
You can only get shingles if you have had chickenpox..
Post clot shot shingles is caused from the immune suppression caused by the shots......

Hence other reports of latent viruses popping back up....like the herp and HPV

Similar. I drank Covid Nouveau in Jan '20, got sick as hell, and then until feb '23 never had another sniffle vs. a norm of 3-4 colds and at least 2 serious sinus infections per year. Our social life never changed throughout (we're stubborn like that). That original bug was a turboimmunocharger
@669563d8 @2b45dad0 A formerly good friend just came down with it, she’s vaxxed with the shingles jab too. I say former because she’d declined spending time with me anymore a couple of years ago due to her “deal with the devil” to only hang with fellow jabbed. 🤷🏻♀️
