After each Bitcoin conference, as the main stage clears out I usually take a few minutes to chat with the cleaning staff to ask them if they learned anything over the course of two days. Because they find themselves in the room somewhat by chance and not by choice, it’s a great opportunity for them to start their journey learning about Bitcoin.
Yesterday, a lady told me “I actually did learn something. Someone on stage mentioned a 401K and how Bitcoin is a better saving vehicle. That got my attention, I’m gonna look into it”
Another one told me “I always see the Bitcoin icon in my Cash App but I never know what to do… is it a stock?”I helped clear that up for her.
Bitcoin 2024 was far from perfect, but if just for these two ladies, it was all worth it 🧡
The world is changed one person at a time.
Amazing, thanks for sharing
That’s what it’s all about 🧡
nothing like orange pilling via osmosis 🧡
Thanks for doing what you do. Hell of an example to set for the community. Props.
I try to tell normies to regard bitcoin as a savings mechanism in the way that my family used to preserve their value and save in gold growing up in the Soviet Union each week.
Their communist currency was falling apart, so at the end of every week they would trade some of their wages in for scraps, and they loaded a suitcase full of gold before immigrating to the US and 75 and 79.
Bitcoin is exactly the same thing, without the risk of lugging a suitcase, full of gold
I’m impressed they were able to leave with a suitcase full of gold! They were lucky 🙏🏽
Everyone who exited the USSR saved in gold.
And then they risk everything carrying it with them…
Wild times 🤯
