It's really taking it back to the basics. But I love noster so much more than Twitter or now X because there was nothing but bots on there and engagement was horrendous people actually communicate on here.

Its interesting im having this thought. About a year ago some of my friends were willing to try mastadon which has a much worse discovery problem. They were willing though because news outlets, social media influencers cited it as a twitter alternative ( thats my guess). Nothing came of it cuz mastadon is horrible to actually use, but none of those same people have been willing to try nostr. No other insight just coming to mind.
