So I'm in a bit of a pickle. 

I'm currently pointing Ocean hash at a mutiny address.

In order to claim the funds via a lightning payment, I need to generate a BOLT 12 offer. Have done only preliminary reading on how to do this. 

Is self hosting a mutiny instance via start9 a good starting point or should I recover the wallet using something like Zeus? 

 You can fully migrate your Mutiny state to Start9 and should be able to receive to the same on chain address 

 Yes, on chain address is fine, it's the bolt12 offer I'm asking about specifically.  

 I believe Core Lightning has bolt12 support, while I think LND does not. The backend of your Start9 should have both options but I've never tried core or BOLT12 personally.  

 I believe there's options out there. Going to have to piece this together. 

Basically it's a way of signing via onchain to point at a LN wallet.
