 Are you sure they're not here? Do you know everyone here? I live in a country where people are caged for simply speaking the truth! There are 70-year-old ladies, housewives, prisoners, journalists, and even politicians legally elected by the people! Take it easy with your conclusions, friend! With all the problems, the country you live in must be great! Enjoy the journey!

 You are being very literal and interpreting what you read in your own way, from your point of view! When I asked you if you were sure they weren't here, I didn't mention the numbers at all (as you did). I think you see numbers, while I'm seeing people! It's the impression it gives when reading what you write.

 @fiatjaf is the answer! Try to find out which country he is from (I know you know where he is from! 😉), and then find out what Brazil is currently facing! I think this could be an answer to many questions!
