Sats aren't really tied to Nostr unless you're using a built in wallet that is somehow tied to your nsec. You can use external wallets for zapping if you want (Amethyst allows this) or don't use zaps at all if you're still too concerned. I just throw some play sats into a hot wallet and forget about it.
