It comes from the machine shop. This company doesn't have a friggin clue about welding and why it's bad to leave parts covered in heavy, highly sulfured oil. I've literally been telling them about this issue for over a year.

 It does. Hugely. They don't realize how much money they are wasting on every job that comes into the shop. I've told them. It's not my problem at this point.
