 I am now considered a home vermicomposter. I’ve not heard about this but will do some research.

 I’ve been feeding comfrey intermittently but I’d love to find some concrete information about why or how it might be a premium worm fodder. I have also read that it makes the worms big and fat and maybe that’s linked to the high protein content?
