 Any #nostriches doing home scale #vermicomposting ? I saw an article at one point regarding significant benefits from feeding comfrey to composting worms and how it boosts their reproduction rates. I’m hoping somebody on nostr can direct me to the source. #homesteading #grownostr #permaculture

 I’ve been feeding comfrey intermittently but I’d love to find some concrete information about why or how it might be a premium worm fodder. I have also read that it makes the worms big and fat and maybe that’s linked to the high protein content?

 I'm digital nomading now...so now home, however I really miss my worms and am ready to get that project rolling again when I land somewhere long-term soon.

 So far we only did speedcomposting but not worms.
Wanted to do with the kids one day for learning. Would be interested as well in good sources.
