Until I can host my own relay, no visual media from me on nostr. I refuse to use a service that runs everything through a closed-source AI filter, even if it's for reasons of liability to the operator.  

 Do you just mean media or you want a relay too? Relays don't store/serve media.  

 I thought relays could also seld-host media... If that's not the case, then I'll have more work to do... 😅 

 Relays only relay notes. You just need some form of media server with a UI. Let me take a look around on awesome self hosted.
