What we do with our attention is the most important thing we do everyday

Saying that, it can be very hard to know where to point it sometimes, as opportunities abound

What are people’s favourite decision making tools? Intuition? Cost/benefit? Lists?
I'm a fan of this simplistic idea...

Thanks. I have never actually used a model like that

Like the concept
I try to point my attention towards that which excites me the most at any given point in time.

Little logic, just intuition.

I make lists of things that I want done but I'm using it to keep track & so I don't need to remember. Some things on my lists never get done & that's OK. They are usually the things I really didn't need to do anyway.
I am following a very similar process, not that you lay it out like that

Thanks for sharing

“What excites me” is a great gauge
When you're doing what you're excited by, it doesn't really feel like work.

How to be exited by the things you don't want to do though?

I guess sometimes I get excited by the thought of not having to think about doing it later. Not often enough though 🤣

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why i am a meditation teacher...

The faster we realise that most decision are actually already decided, the sooner we find equanimity. :-)

I like this concept a lot. Really helps me to connect & relax
 Yes humbleness is key ❤️
