With a short url you can essentially re-write where it points to. You still get the benefit of uncancellable notes, without any additional complexity. Files can be hosted anywhere, even AWS. 

If it’s on a server, it can be cancelled. Storing large files on multiple relays seems very inefficient to me but that’s what you would require to be truly uncancellable short of linking to a torrent 

 I am no techie. I just know that as a content creator I would love to get away from having my content at risk 

 💯 but what you are actually valuing is not the content but that relationship with your followers and customers. Nostr ensures that can’t be cancelled. File servers come and go.
