Dude if I were the cop I’d tell him that if he didn’t shut up that he’d be charged with false imprisonment. Probably kinda should be, the officer was being nice, imo. Poor kid was probably scared the lunatic was gonna beat the crap out of him.

When he said “I’m the victim here” when he’s just bitching about a kid skateboarding where he shouldn’t… dude that doesn’t make you a victim you moron. 

 Guy the  person he obstructed was driving a vehicle not a skateboard but over all you got it dead on.  

Also the "kid" was given a ticket for being "too close" to Boy Karen but that ticket was then thrown out by the court.  Cop as always covered his own ass.
