Gitcha some sauerkraut & kimchi in there
What’s your favorite brand of yogurt?
Kombucha until I see the scoby >>
 Same
100% true but I hate all those things 🤣. Wish I could get real soy sauce here that has probiotics and not the fake stuff cause I'd drink that strait.
 Love me some kimchi.
yogurt in the style of middle eastern doogh is a daily staple
Went I was a kid there were these middle Easter "yogurt bars" where they had them all made in the eating bowl itself and you'd just add honey.

Homemade yogurt in the instapot is the way.
My wife @CitSailing healed my gut using a whole foods diet. Recently she’s been getting into fermented foods such as kimchi, kombucha, kafir, miso and yogurt. Making it all herself it’s pretty amazing what you can do when you apply proof of work in the galley. The foods not only healing but it tastes so good! A banana with some yogurt and homemade peanut butter with a sprinkling of granola for a treat is delicious.

A little bit of our galley onboard.

 Also bullish on kimchi.
 Kimchi is the best.
Have you tried being your own ginger beer? It's amazing. Plus you can make proper Moscow mule with it.

what i eat daily has gotten very simple actually, but i feel great. of course that makes some sense to me now, but didnt before.

meat, fermented things, eggs, some vegetables, avocados. i fast until like 2pm and eat two meals, one at 2pm and one at 7pm. if i do this basic plan i feel really good. i stay lean and have energy.
