 Haven't been posting updates, but have been smashing my days.

Weds - long walk
Tues - long walk
Mon - Functional Training + walk
Sun - long walk
Sat - HiiT + walk

Day 12 of no booze too.
5 days into carnivore.

 Today - 45mn walk + HIIT (40 mins)

Breakfast - 6 x raw eggs
Late lunch - bacon + sausage (from local farm!) :)

 Crushed it 
 Am properly back into the habit now. Shorter walks over the last few days as I’ve been busy but still covered.

Today: Long walk and then functional training - ended and felt hungry for more but had other shit to do.

Plan is to be back in the gym daily now.

Onwards!
