I wish more apps on iOS increased their prices, rather than go down the subscription model. I’d love to see $60 AAA games, and for example, desktop class apps on iPad Pro like FCP and Logic. https://mastodon.social/@macrumors/111133630060058052
@4be4a2be I respectively disagree. I find the subscription model allows me to check out an app for a month or two and then decide if it will be of actual use or value. If not, I’ll unsubscribe. I think I’d be less willing to try apps out if I had to pay a higher price up front. If an app proves of value I’ve got no problem continuing the subscription payout.
