Depending on hkw long you have beennusing Strike, I have heard of a couple potential issues. Some users started using Strike way back before you needed to enter ID or anything. These accounts were "grandfathered in" so to speak. But there was still a lifetime limit of something like $1000 that could be sent out of the wallet before needing to enter ID information. If you have been using Strike for a few years and have never entered your ID, perhaps this is the limit that was hit.
So I did have to enter my ID. But the weird thing is, I see the limit of $2,000 per day. Obviously I’m nowhere near that. It was working fine and then all of a sudden, about a week ago keeps saying I hit my limit every time I try to zap.
I’d say send a message to support. In the app: Profile in top right > scroll down to Support. They have always been helpful and responsive when I have reached out.
