As far as thoughts,sometimes its easy to release them as fast as they come;other times hard. Main thing is don’t get impatient with yourself, it’s an exercise that gets easier with time and consistency. There are time Ive gone 10-15 minutes without a thought and just being immersed in the moment meditating outside.
