I don't think a good burger needs pepper, just salt
🤷♂️ I like fresh cracked pepper on cheeseburgers.
Indeed it doesn’t. But try adding salted caramelized red onions and mushrooms with butter on top of your cheesed up patty. You won’t regret it.
I'm a fan of caramelized onions on top of burgers and steaks 😁 🤝
(and pizza)
Haven't tried that but sounds good on a meaty pizza
Especially home made with a spicy meat
Got any pictures https://i.nostr.build/EvcrYTzleMQEdDeI.gif
Alas it was a different life, pre kids when I could leisurely make our own pizza with ingredients that were multi step.
Does that mean your kids still haven’t tasted that your own homemade pizza ?
No not at all, it means they don’t like caramelized onions. Make your own pizza is a great Saturday night. As they get older we can do a goat cheese, carm onions, roasted red bbq chicken, & a tangy sauce
Beautiful. Their tastebuds will develop as they grow older, and there will come a time when they will appreciate caramelized onions. It’s been foretold.
In time, it will happen. They are pretty good at trying things my 7yr tried my homemade hot sauce and loved it. I can’t wait till they like grilled figs with gorgonzola
Just give me a nice bun ketchup relish and cheddar
Add some beetroot
Now we’re talking 🙏
I won't judge this because I haven't tried it ... But I really want to (Judge it 😂)
It’s the best! https://i.nostr.build/Jd3ATQjl7WdrMhzX.jpg
Interesting. How is the beet prepared? Is it pickled? Boiled? Sautéed?

Saw this on a part, been waiting to see it thought this was perfect. Pay beetroot lol
and Tabasco 😂
I agree. Try salt and onion powder to make smashed burger. So good and kids will love it too.
the right amount of salt and red meat is proof that God loves us.
