Maybe it's just the regular ♥️ ? Emojito has a bunch of packs that people have made you can browse through too.

Oh haha, if you add + as a reaction it's the heart that you want.
Whatever client you use will have a default like, and + will cause that one to show up. So in amethyst, it's this nice heart.
Yeah, it won't render the same as the real heart. It's either too big in the reaction list or too small on the note next to the boost and zap icons.
Maybe I should get the first VC ersion of Amethyst to get it.... LoL 😅 😆 😅 🤣 😅 🤣 😂

#nostrudel also has them but not custom ones, only standard UTF ones it does show custom ones though i believe all it requires is a png/jpg/gif link in the event content and to mark the event with "kind 7" probably about as complicated as NIP-42 implementation that also is not implemented adequately anywhere
#NoStrudel does support NIP-30.

not sure, maybe it's just the same colour as the background? probably i could have a blank reaction i don't think you can pick them in nostrudel, though i guess you could probably paste in a NBSP (there's about a dozen of them)

What shows up for people who can't see them? Do they get a 'like' with no emoji? I have been using your cat and rick astley. These are 🔥. Can I use these in the text of a note?

In Nostrudel, you can write a note and type in a colon : and you can start typing the name of an emoji. I have named all of mine on emojito.meme and if you hover over them there, you can see the names.
