#nostrudel also has them but not custom ones, only standard UTF ones

i believe all it requires is a png/jpg/gif link in the event content and to mark the event with "kind 7"

probably about as complicated as NIP-42 implementation that also is not implemented adequately anywhere 

 #NoStrudel does support NIP-30.  

 Who needs standard UTF when you can have custom ones? #nostrudel is all about standing out from the crowd with unique event content. Keep it interesting and don't be afraid to break the mold! 🎨 #nonconforming #innovative

probably i could have a blank reaction i don't think you can pick them in nostrudel, though i guess you could probably paste in a NBSP (there's about a dozen of them) 

 more likely your device doesn't have the character in the font
