Also, sent numbers could be lower than expected because people you zapped might be using a lightning address that does not support zaps. In that case they receive the sats, but no zap receipt is broadcast to relays. 

I did a quick check on your zaps received and they seem legit at a quick glance. Top 50 zaps received total comes out to 182k sats and you’ve received over 2k zaps. Top zap came from @ODELL on this note:

 Almost all of the zaps I received are very small. Like 7 sats or 100 sats.

The only thing I can imagine, is that they're somehow counting my big transfers in from my Relai wallet as zaps, or something. 

 transfers in would not have a zap receipt. zap requests are only created from nostr clients and zap receipts should be broadcasted from your LNURL service provider upon successful payment of the zap request. if you've changed your lightning address in the past, it's possible the zaps are going to your old lightning address. this happens if your old lightning address is on relays out there or cached on nostr clients. someone built a tool that can check relays for your outdated profile recently. i forget who made it though. 

 I did change my alby address, when I got a new npub. 🤔 

 But I changed it before adding it to my new profile.

 I ran the numbers and the ones since June 5 seem to be correct. Almost all the zap from Odell and a couple other 10k+. That's the oldest screenshot I have.

The reason I'm still broke is that I spent over 521k sats, most from my Relai wallet, not my zap wallet.
Thought I was going nuts.

Still don't know why the sats received are so high, tho. I find it hard to believe that I received that many zaps within 5 months, especially as the large zaps are all recent.

 a lot of small zaps add up. on primal it says you've receive 2,660 zaps and i don't think that includes anon zaps. 

 I don't seem to be getting anon zaps, or only very rarely. 

 I found the explanation. I got a gigantic zap-refund for a LN-spend I'd made. So, if you remove those 300k, the sats received make sense, again.

 then they were generated by people who requested an invoice, but never completed the payment. this can happen for many different reasons. sometimes people change their mind, sometimes there's a bug with their nostr client, sometimes there's an issue with your LNURL service provider, etc.
