@efa2e20e I never trust these kinds of things. Most dietary studies just find correlations in data. Like this one https://drc.bmj.com/content/8/1/e001252 If you've ever seen Tyler Vigen's page that points out spurious correlations you understand how insane it is that a whole research field is based on this kind of work. https://tylervigen.com/spurious-correlations To be fair the link between smoking and cancer was found in this way but the strength of the data was magnitudes bigger than what is considered proof in dietary research.
@efa2e20e The “negative” effects are all bullshit. Like anything else done in moderation it’s just fine. For instance water if you drink too much at once can kill you. See it’s easy to make anything look negative. Doesn’t mean it’s bad.
