I pronounce it both ways, depending on where I am in the world. Last year it was definitely dahmus like Nostradamus. I did not even realize I said daymus until someone pointed it out on the recording. It’s probably because I’m in SoCal atm? All bets are off. I do think this is already way too much time spent on the topic.
