At least we can install alternative software. Having an Apple device pretty much just leaves you with whatever Apple tosses at you as far as I can tell.

 You can install alternative OS in every Android phone. You can (pretty much) only install GrapheneOS on Pixels.  

 I'm running GrapheneOS on my phone because of things like this.  

 Naw, just buy them and de-google them.  

 Linux phones are the ultimate solution, relaying on hardware and aosp that are made for surveillance then installing graphene on top of it is a temporary solution. 

 GrapheneOS solves this. The devs are top notch.
