 @134318c2 at the front half of my 70s, with all the meds I take, my taste has changed, and I've lost about 30 pounds in a year- my daughter (retired RN) tries to get me to eat more, drink nutritional shakes (all the packaged ones taste pretty bad to me and some have actually made me unwell). After the last try, yesterday I told her I'm going to get some malted milk powder to make my own. I love fruit and will use fresh or frozen in yogurt smoothies. I also make hand pies when I'm feeling it.
