@d72d5211 Its almost like they don't realise that outsourcing your design, build and operation doesn't mean you don't have an IT function in your organisation, it just means you're paying somebody else to do it. And you might be paying way more than it could cost you, with far less oversight. 

 @f6e80af8 they're actively paying handsomely to give 3rd parties the rod/rods those 3rd parties will use to exploit them to the point of absurdity for the remainder of that organisation/business' life.
