hahaha yes π«π couldnβt have said it better myself. but itβs not even just a cover letter anymore. itβs all these extra commentary fields/boxes to fill out instead which takes way longer

Does HR read cover letters or are all resumes pushed through some ai selecting from some criteria
good question π€ I think it goes through a some sort of system first and then maybe someone reviews it if you get selected maybe

I believe there is an AI selection situation with some companies - possibly all soon, but not sure. Noo thatβs okay, questions are good π«π« I genuinely donβt know for sure, but it would make sense to filter though a high volume of applications this way ππ½ I have heard this is likely.
