GM 🌞 The sun is shining. The volcano is puffing steam and it's not absolutely freezing. 😅 #nostriches whats the best way to find out how many people are using zaps here? And things like average zap amounts, highest zaps and lowest zaps? Is there anything like this compiled somewhere? Feel free to point me in any direction. I'm just doing a bit of research 😁 And thank you so much for the #help. I really appreciate it. 🙏🏼🫶 https://image.nostr.build/88bf7782ab68e2e364cdacefc198cf48985c1cc444201e946ace60973ef48a9d.jpg

Wow
It's pretty neat watching it. Sometimes it throws out mini eruptions and there are huge clouds. Today is just steady 🌋
Is there anyone on the island?
Not mine. Ohh 😮 Wrong island 🏝️ 🤣
No one lives there. There used to be tours until an eruption happened while people were visiting. There's a doco about it on Netflix... The Volcano: Rescue From Whakaari https://g.co/kgs/UXa9CvA I'm pretty fortunate to have visited the island as a child, before there was tourism there. It's got a weird vibe!
Oh that’s the island, yeah I remember this such an awful tragedy.
Yeah it was so sad. Possibly a controversial opinion, but I found it interesting hearing people talking about visiting an active volcano and thinking that could be somewhat safe. That gets me. I feel really terrible that it happened here in NZ... It Probably could happen anywhere in the world where people visit active volcanos - the words active volcano together do mean that the thing can erupt and it's not exactly something anyone can predict. Still breaks my heart it happened and so sad for the lives lots and the poor survivors struggling to live with their life changing injuries 💛😢🌋
