What if money was no object?
I’d buy 150 acres in western Montana, start a ranch to feed me and my friends / family, I’d build the rest of the property into a massive park (ponds, pools, stonework, gardens) and I’d also build a huge barn house with a big open bay gym and a couple shops. I’d spend my days curating everything meticulously, building, sculpting stone, I’d adopt a bunch of dogs and unwanted farm animals, and I’d probably rarely leave minus the occasional international trip. I’m going to do this. But I have to stack for a while longer to actualize.
time is the true money and truly scarce
Money is needed when emotions or feelings are not enough to justify some actions or work.. Not sure what I have just said, but I do believe has a sense.
A pivot away from materialism would occur
Then it would probably be a string literal
The ultimate answer we should strive for imo is that I’d mostly be doing the same thing. Maybe we’d travel more or whatever, but the big things like family wouldn’t change much. Money is a big factor, but it’s not the only factor and often other things like fear or self sabotage are more so what’s really holding us back.
