 if your in deep ketosis your going to be running on that.  its the primary ketone body. 
 Yes so I measure ketones and BHB is included but didnt know if you measure that alone?  
 not that i know of.  but in a fasted state the brain is running primarily, like <90% , on bhb.  so if you fast and are not active it will be pure good shit.  if you excersize while fasted you will be increasing the other ketone bodies.   
 Ohhh, i did not know that difference! 🙏 and what do you consider deep ketosis? Like how many mmol/L? The keto mojo also uses GKI, which is a glucose ketone index and I find that helpful.  
 the deeper the better but if your in ketosis you will be using bhb in order for the brain to function

 I would recommend transitioning over a period of at least 6 weeks. 
 Ketones are strong anti inflammatories. So any presence of brain inflammation/fog seems to clear up immediately for me. 
 i have started earthing recently and i believe that being deficient in electrons increases susceptibility to oxidative radicals and it's definitely shifting the momentum for me

 also, in theory it should reduce the health damage from ionising radiation too, like X, gamma, cosmic rays, because most of what they do is adding electrons to free radicals that then penetrate to mess up DNA or proteins and with the earth connection it probably goes the other way as well, so if you get excess electrons they are dissipated
