 It's technically the last day of winter here but it's also our 3rd day in a row over 31⁰C (88⁰F).

I turned the AC on.

2 weeks ago I was burning wood in the fire to keep warm. WTF?

 Same where I'm at. It feels like we go from winter to summer, and summer to winter. There's no in between.

 Melbourne has had 6-7 days over 20 in the last 3 weeks, most mild winter I can remember and complete opposite of the last two which were terrible and proper long. We had a winter storm on Melbourne Cup day 2 years ago

 Similar here in Adelaide too although it is cooler again again today but then back up to 25 by next Wednesday.
