fasting is great but it's hard to get through it long enough to really get the results, 3 days is when the benefits start and personally never managed much better than that on two occasions this year for sure, if you are having GI problems it's a bit of a cure-all, that was what prompted me to do it both times also just gotta mention, there is a lot more carbohydrates in coffee than you might have thought - they are caramels but they are sugars and i can attest that they feed oral bacteria, though not nearly as bad as malts and simple sugars i have basically eliminated simple sugars from my diet except for in coffee and alcohol because it is saving me from having to go to a dentist... probably the casein in the milk i drink as my main staple, also is helping my forming a shield over some of the exposed nerves that are the reason why i can't tolerate the sugars anymore i can definitely recommend cutting out simple, fermentable sugars from the diet permanently, once you go there, it's pretty hard to go back, the bacteria that sugars feed are wack
