Where I live, we won't have sun until spring basically. The D-light seems scary, I know nothing about it or the science behind it. Seems safer to just use supplements then?
Supplementing vitamin D doesn't act the same in your system as endogenously produced vitamin D. UVB light converts pre vitamin D in your skin to vitamin D that's functional in the body.
