 Woke up at 4.30AM and thought I was handling the jet lag like a champ all day. 

Went down for a quick nap at 4PM and woke up 5 hours later. 

Now it’s almost midnight and I’m hungry. Jet lag is a biatch 🥲 
 You can do it! 💪 
 Fall back asleep? I hope so 😆

 Just drive all night, that's what I do 
 Here for a conference. Didn’t rent a car. Was planning on going to the gym until I took that damn nap lol 
 force yourself to go to sleep. i believe in you! 
 I slept another 4h! That’s a win in my book haha 
 Never nap when you've got jetlag.

You just push through until an acceptable bedtime.

Make sure that you get up early & go look at the sun.
