Woke up at 4.30AM and thought I was handling the jet lag like a champ all day.
Went down for a quick nap at 4PM and woke up 5 hours later.
Now it’s almost midnight and I’m hungry. Jet lag is a biatch 🥲

Never nap when you've got jetlag.
You just push through until an acceptable bedtime.
